We also invest in notes secured by real estate, and frequently have notes for sale. We don’t rehab homes – we rehab borrowers and retirement accounts! Through buying and selling mortgage notes, and working out reasonable payment plans with distressed homeowners, we offer financial solutions for real estate and cashflow problems.
